OVERVIEW
Poland Today’s presence at MIPIM 2018 generated a lot of memorable moments. Here are some:
The Mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, declaring that he would be the personal bodyguard of investors in his city. We know that’s not going to happen, but we enjoyed the show.
Minister Tadeusz Kościński outlining his plans for the biggest changes in investment conditions in Poland for years, in the shape of the whole country becoming a Special Economic Zone.
The PropTech session being full-to-bursting. The discussion was lively, good-humoured and informative – followed by lunch on the roof terrace. Everything you could want from a session in Cannes.
The premiere of Poland Today’s film ‘The Future or Warsaw’ shown before our City of Warsaw partner’s debate: the audience were treated to the spectacle of future projects rising up before their eyes on the big screen which usually plays host to the latest global hits at the Cannes Film Festival.
