Summer Cinema returns to Plac Europejski

Summer Cinema on Plac Europejski
The best films for adults and children, comfortable deck chairs and a unique atmosphere – this is the second edition of the Summer Cinema on Plac Europejski.

The organiser, Ghelamco Poland and event partner, Samsung, presents screenings at the foot of Warsaw Spire every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. The repertoire will include cinema hits from recent years, well-known documentary films and animated fairy tales for the younger audience.  Over 20 films 3 times a week await cinema lovers on the Plac Europejski.

Plac Europejski has permanently been inscribed in the consciousness of Warsaw residents as a place of culture, entertainment and leisure. Last year’s summer cinema turned out to be a huge success – the first screening was attended by over 600 viewers, and over the entire summer the movies were watched by over 5,000. people. This year, we have prepared an even more varied repertoire and more sessions, to which we cordially invite everyone,” says Jarosław Zagórski, commercial and development director of Ghelamco Poland.

Summer Cinema at Plac Europejski will operate three times a week from July 19 to the end of August. Documentary films will be shown on Wednesdays, recent hits on Thursdays, and family-friendly films on Sundays.

Admission to the screenings is free. Snacks, grilled dishes and drinks, including alcoholic beverages will also be available. Motorized guests have access to the public parking lot near Warsaw Spire (the cost of the first hour is PLN 8, each additional PLN 10).
