Solteq becomes new tenant at Wrocław 101

Solteq, a Finnish company, signed a lease for nearly 600 sqm of office space in the office building Wrocław 101, in Wrocław. The tenant was represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. The owner of the building is the Crownway Investments company, represented in the negotiation by the Knight Frank firm.

Solteq is a Nordic IT provider and software house that specialises in digital customer engagement. It has over 500 experts, who work in three countries, develop and implement solutions for clients in Nordic countries as well as Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. In 2016, Solteq’s net sales amounted to 63 million euro.

Wrocław 101 is located on the renewed square near the Wrocław Główny train station. The building is made (two top floors glazed, travertine elevation) with a reception hall and functional common sections. The direct neighbourhood of a bus stop and tramway provides access from every part of the city.

Crownway Investments is a private developer, which executes office, hotel and retail projects in Ireland, Great Britain, USA and Poland. In Wrocław, the company is also an owner of the Passage Under the Blue Sun on the Old Town Square.
