Ronson Development completes sale of Jeżyce Townhouses

Ronson Development sold all 295 apartments offered within the Jeżyce Townhouses located in the very center of Poznan. The apartments in Młody Grunwald and Chilli City are still available in the developer’s offer in Poznań.

“In Poznań, after the sale of the Jeżyce townhouses, we still have 100 apartments available in our two other investments, Młody Grunwald and Chilli City IV. When referring to the Townhouse, it is worth emphasizing that we have had sales success there. The estate was built in two stages, and in both cases even before acquiring a buyer’s permit, about 90 percent of the flats offered were purchased. The impact was primarily on excellent location, easy access to green areas and infrastructure in Jeżyce,” said Andrzej Gutowski, Sales and Marketing Director Ronson Development.
