Personnel changes in HB Reavis’ Polish construction division
Jadwiga Kosińska took over as Country Construction Officer at the real estate developer HB Reavis Poland. Since September 2017, she has been overseeing a team of 50 that coordinates the construction of the company’s key projects in Warsaw. Jan Hübner, the previous Country Head of HB Reavis Construction Poland, was appointed Country CEO at HB Reavis Hungary.
HB Reavis Construction is a specialised construction process management company responsible for all projects developed by the HB Reavis Group. In Warsaw, HB Reavis Construction is the general contractor of developments such as Varso, West Station and the project planned at ul. Burakowska.
Before joining HB Reavis, Jadwiga Kosińska led the construction team at Vastint Poland, where she was responsible for various construction projects, including Business Garden schemes. Previously, she worked for HOCHTIEF Poland. She graduated in construction from the Warsaw University of Technology and received her Executive MBA degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
For the last five years, HB Reavis Construction Poland was led by Jan Hübner, who took up the post of Country CEO at HB Reavis Hungary in September, which has just launched the construction of Agora in Budapest. During his time in Poland, he contributed to company’s growth in Warsaw by supervising the construction of a total of 250,000 sq m GLA. Before joining the HB Reavis Group in 2010, Jan Hübner worked as Project Manager in CTP Invest and in the Czech architectural studio K4. He received his Construction and Economics master’s degrees from Brno University of Technology.
