New RETAIL department for Central Europe at NEINVER

NEINVER is intensifying activities focused on developing the shopping experience of outlet customers in Central Europe.

The Warsaw branch of the company has been expanded by the RETAIL department, which will cover Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic. Ewa Spychalska, who has more than a decade of management experience in the industry, joined the team this month as Regional Retail Manager.

The RETAIL team will focus on developing relationships with tenants by analyzing the necessary data and market observations while implementing new and even innovative solutions. The area in which the team works covers both individual outlet stores that need support, as well as entire industries and specific centers from the company’s portfolio.

NEINVER currently manages 16 outlets in Europe. The next two are in the development phase – in Amsterdam and France, near the border with Switzerland. The total retail space of the centers in the portfolio is 368,000 sqm.

We will work with the tenants to improve their sales results,” says Ewa Spychalska, Regional Retail Manager at NEINVER Central Europe. “Our experience on seven European markets, the available analytical tools in individual locations, and a team of experts guarantee strong support for the brands we work with,” she adds.

Ewa Spychalska has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has managed shopping malls in Gdańsk, Płock, Katowice and Poznań. In her professional work, she has been responsible on the operational side for preparations to open five commercial facilities. She also worked in teams managing outlet centers in Piaseczno near Warsaw, Lublin and Białystok. She has been with NEINVER for three years, in charge of the company’s projects in Katowice and Poznań.
