Nagel-Groupis a new tenant of Panattoni Park Poznań VIII

Nagel-Group has signed a lease for over 6,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań VIII, a logistics centre under construction in Komorniki. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Nagel-Group is a family business of German origin with many years of presence in the market and one of Europe’s leading food logistics companies. It has over 120 branches in 16 EU countries and more than 12,000 employees who make sure that food products are transported and stored in optimum conditions and delivered on time.

Panattoni Park Poznań VIII is a logistics centre comprising two modern warehouses that will provide around 85,000 sqm. It is located near the A4 motorway and about 13 kilometres from Poznań’s city centre. The logistics park will offer large truck courts and parking areas for trucks and cars in addition to air-conditioned offices and welfare facilities. Panattoni Park Poznań VIII will also provide advanced technology solutions to guarantee top-quality warehouse space, as well as functional and flexible space arrangement options.

Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director of Panattoni Europe, said: “Nagel-Group is our key and long-standing client. Since we began our cooperation we have signed leases for a total of 32,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, each time in the best possible locations for Nagel-Group. This time it’s no different as Panattoni Park Poznań VIII boasts a strategic location close to the A4 motorway and a short distance to Poznań. For Panattoni Europe, which supports its clients in daily business operations, Nagel-Group’s decision to work with us again is a great mark of distinction. We’d like to thank Nagel-Group for trusting us.”

Urszula Duval Rasmussen, Senior Negotiator, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Nagel-Group reported strict technical requirements regarding location and suitability of space for its business operations. Panattoni Park Poznań VIII meets its expectations while another argument in favour of choosing this location is that this distribution centre is being developed close to the client’s head office near Poznań.”
