Construction of Rezydencja Chrobrego commences

Over 40% of Rezydencja Chrobrego’s apartments have already been purchased. 

Yareal has chosen RD bud company as the general contractor for Rezydencja Chrobrego located in Stare Włochy district. Eighty-four apartments in Rezydencja Chrobrego will offer 1-4 rooms each and area between 30 and 105 sqm. Each ground floor apartment will have a private garden of up to even ca. 250 sqm. The construction will be regularly supervised by external auditor, who will verify the realization of requirements stemming from the BREEAM certificate for sustainable construction envisaged for Rezydencja Chrobrego. Additionally, all apartments will be equipped with smart home package improving energy saving and enabling ongoing safety monitoring. Home management solutions provided by Fibaro will also allow residents to remotely control the correct functioning of household installations and appliances using their smartphone or computer.

The general contractor has initiated the organisation of the construction site. The apartments shall be commissioned in H2 2019.
