Panattoni Europe moves headquarters to Warsaw Spire
Warsaw Spire, Ghelamco’s flagship project, has gained a new tenant – Panattoni Europe, a subsidiary of one of the biggest developers of industrial space in Europe. The company will move into its new European headquarters on the square in August this year, occupying 1,730 sqm on the 39th floor of the skyscraper.The agreement was signed for a period of 5 years. Panattoni Europe’s advisor in the process of acquiring new headquarters was the international company CBRE.
Panattoni Europe is the European subsidiary of the American Panattoni Development Company, which manages investments in 200 markets in Europe and North America. Panattoni’s first European office was opened in Poland in 2005 and since then the company has expanded its activity on the continent. Since its inception, the company has completed projects in Europe with a total area of 4.3 million sqm.
“Development in Panattoni Europe’s portfolio, as well as the expansion of the company’s other key European markets, require a change in the company’s headquarters. Modern and unusual space offered by Ghelamco, very good location, as well as the infrastructure around the facility with a wide range of services of the European Square made the choice of Warsaw Spire obvious,” said Robert Dobrzycki Chief Executive Officer Europe, Panattoni Europe .
The complex Warsaw Spire is already leased at more than 90% of office space. Offices of international companies and institutions are located here, ie. MasterCard, Samsung, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Adecco, Benefit Systems, Bilfinger HSG Facility Management, Calypso, Compare King Daftcode, Eleven Sports Network, Frontex, Ghelamco, JLL Center EU Transport Projects and The Heart Warsaw.
