In the first stage of the investment, 236 apartments and 12 commercial spaces will be sold. Harmony Park is the final part of Ursynów Central Park – one of the most popular residential projects in Warsaw. Harmony Park forms a complex chamber, located at a comfortable distance from each other buildings clustered around the inner, private lakes. The project is distinguished by the wide range of common areas and places for recreation and green areas that will affect the high level and quality of life.

“Harmony Park is a unique project, harmoniously combining the advantages of settlements located in secluded and modern apartments typical of the city center,” said Mariusz Poławski, member of the board of Marvipol SA. “The project is located in a quiet part of Służewiec, near the horse racecourse, ensuring peace away from the business heart of Mokotów. At the same time, the location is in the vicinity of the major transport routes which ensures easy access not only to the district office and Galeria Mokotów, but also other parts of Warsaw. Harmony Park is a response to the needs of singles, workers, and families with children – a rich offer of apartments, of diverse sizes and carefully planned common parts, encouraging leisure time outdoors.”

Harmony Park has the most sought after apartment living areas: two- and three room apartments with areas ranging from 35 sqm and studios with areas ranging from 28 sqm. Apartments will have balconies or large gardens. For the most demanding customers, there are unique apartments with spacious terraces even on the roof. One part of the housing will extend to a view of the green areas and the inner lake.

The entire estate, with the introduction of the underground pedestrian walkway, will have rich, carefully planned common parts, including numerous places for recreation, and shops and services. Residents of Harmony Park will have at their disposal, among others, their own lake surrounded by wooden decks, walking paths and jogging and restaurants with charming pubs. For the youngest residents, there will be two playgrounds and a multipurpose playground.
