The MACO logistic centre is situated in the Katowice Special Economic Zone in the Gliwice subzone.

“Relocation of such a large part of MACOs’ production from Austria to Poland proves that the producer perceive our market as a good place for further development. The client made the choice appreciating the location of the park and the quality of the facility. The flexibility and open approach of the developer to make the necessary modifications as well as his wide experience in adjusting the space to the standard required by tenants, were also very important to MACO,” said Daniel Kempa, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency, Savills.

Within over 10,000 sqm of the area leased by MACO, approx. 6,000 sqm will be dedicated for production. The space has been tailored specifically to the needs of the tenant in order to provide optimum conditions for manufacturing and assembling windows and other company’s products.
