The areas located in both Katowice and Cieszyn provide a convenient opportunity for developing approximately 36,000 sqm of residential and utility space. The parcels were acquired by: Atal (the purchaser of the land parcel in Katowice on Sokolska Street), INTERNATIONAL PARTNER SP. J. (acquired the land parcel in Cieszyn on M. Konopnickiej Street) as well as a confidential buyer (the purchaser of the area in Katowice on Ściegiennego Street).

“Location is the key to success. Attractively located residential areas, such as those from the portfolio of Hollybrook, unceasingly enjoy a great deal of interest amongst investors regardless of their location in Poland. In order to meet the expectations of developers, we aim to make our real estate portfolio reach beyond the largest metropolitan areas, and as a consequence, include attractive areas in regional cities as well”, asserts Daniel Puchalski, Head of Land Advisory Services at JLL.
