International IT company opens office in Poznan
The software services company Mobica will open its branch in Poznań, creating over 100 new jobs. Recruitment process has already begun.
The tenant will move into Temida office building in August. Mobica was advised by JLL and the owner of the building was represented by Savills in the transaction totaling 1 030 sq m of office space.
Mobica is a world-leading software service company, providing innovative services for connected and collaborative devices. Mobica offers bespoke development, QA and consultancy. Mobica office in Poznań will be one of company’s eleven world’s research and development centers. The company will occupy a total of four floors in the Temida building.

Temida is a small-scale office project located in the very center of Poznań. The leasable area of the facility is approximately 2,325 sqm. Temida has eight floors and an underground garage. There is a terrace on the seventh floor. Wechta is the owner of the building. Savills is an exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the project.
