Cushman & Wakefield expands Industrial and Logistics Agency

The Industrial and Logistics Agency of Cushman & Wakefield expanded its team in response to the market demand and growing number of assignments for clients across Poland.

The new employees are Aleksandra Bartmińska-Strawa, Konrad Jacewicz and Renata Krzyżanowska. Aleksandra Bartmińska-Strawa will be also responsible for the development of the new department office in Katowice.

Aleksandra Bartmińska-Strawa, Negotiator

Aleksandra Bartmińska-Strawa has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Negotiator. She has worked in commercial real estate since 2007 and began her professional career with Górnośląski Park Przemysłowy, gaining experience in warehouse space commercialisation. For the past seven years she worked at ING Bank Śląski as a Senior Real Estate Specialist with responsibility for the bank’s property portfolio optimization, as well as commercialization and management of Chorzowska 50 in Katowice. Aleksandra completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation and management at the University of Silesia and postgraduate studies in Project Management at the University of Economics in Katowice. She holds a property manager’s licence no. 25829 and a real estate agent’s licence no. 20403.

Konrad Jacewicz, Senior Negotiator

Konrad Jacewicz has been appointed a Senior Negotiator. He will be responsible for warehouse and industrial space leasing, cooperation with developers and tenants, client consultancy and supervision over projects in southern Poland with a key focus on Upper Silesia, Kraków and Rzeszów. Konrad has gained professional experience with MLP Group S.A. as a Development Manager with responsibility for warehouse space in Poznań and Wrocław. Previously, at Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for the markets of Lower and Upper Silesia, and worked as a real estate agent at real estate agency Maxon Sp. z o.o. Konrad is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Agency, Property Valuation and Real Estate Management. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Renata Krzyżanowska has become a Negotiator. Renata has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously she worked for Maxon Nieruchomości, where she advised on warehouse lease transactions in Warsaw and its suburbs. Renata is a graduate of the Bogdan Jański Academy in Warsaw.
